D-FW deals: First look at 27-story Knox Street tower and big suburban land sale

The group behind the roughly 1 million-square-foot Knox Street mixed-use project offered a sneak peek at the development’s 27-story apartment tower.

BDT & MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Co. together with their partners The Summers Group, Gillon Property Group and The Retail Connection announced that leasing at The Lora, a 186-unit luxury high-rise, is expected to start this summer. Apartments range from one to four bedrooms, spanning from 800 square feet to 3,500 square feet.

Restaurants and retailers may open in the project at different times and no assurance is made when any commercial user will open in the project, the hours of operation of any commercial user, or that a commercial user will ever open.
